Short version: we use Google Analytics if you accept, and we read your contact form when you send one. Nothing else.
What we collect
Contact form: your name, email, optional phone, and message. Used to reply to your enquiry.
Analytics (only if you accept the banner): Google Analytics 4 records pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and a random visitor ID. No full IP address.
Lawful basis: the contact form is processed because you asked us to get in touch. Analytics is processed on your consent — withdraw it any time with the button below.

Who we share with
- Google — runs Google Analytics. Their policy.
- Zapier — receives the contact form and forwards it to our inbox. Their policy.
- Our host — // hosting-provider — serves the site.
Both Google and Zapier are based in the US. Transfers rely on the UK Data Protection Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
- Contact form submissions and email: up to 24 months after the last contact.
- Google Analytics: 2 months for user-level data (the GA4 default).
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, erase, restrict, or port your data, or object to how we use it. Email [email protected] — we'll reply within a month.
If you're not happy with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
